Dyad favours scientifically-supported approaches and recognizes the crucial role of the therapeutic alliance in fostering change or enabling individuals to fully realize themselves.

Our goal when working with anyone is to make ourselves redundant - that is, to equip you so well as to no longer need us. This way, we can decide together how long you need to see us for, and once that point is reached, assess whether to continue the treatment, pause it or, if you feel confident enough, stop altogether. This can always be re-evaluated at a later stage.

We believe in a rounded and adaptive approach to psycho-sexology, that prioritises judgment-free interactions and mutually intelligible goals aiming to increase the person’s wellness.

We strive to help our clients find pride in themselves, and to be authentic and considered in any situation they may be facing. Navigating social pressures while letting our individuality grow is a major challenge today. Others may push us to adhere to norms, while our rich inner worlds try to blossom from within - we believe in assisting people while they work out a compromise.

Individually or in groups, our practice tries to find the connections and similarities between people, not just to highlight and strengthen their shared values, but also to let their differences become resources by finding common ground within the relationships being worked on.

Our team offers in-person and virtual sessions with flexible hours when needed.
